How do subscriptions work?
Our subscriptions are based on time and quantity - you can order 250g of coffee from any of the sellers once per week (every week, or whenever you’re ready) and they are available for up to 90 days for small packs, or for a full year for large packs.
What kind of packs do you have?
We offer 5, 10 and 25 bags subscriptions - order whenever you’re ready (new bag unlocks every week), and classic monthly subscription (a bag of coffee every week for a month).
How do I know which coffee I want?
Well, that’s the point - you don’t need to, try a new one every week, or grab one of our tasting packs (5 coffees to figure out what kind of profile you like).
What guarantee do I have it’s fresh?
Coffee is roasted and packed on schedule to be at perfect maturity when it reaches you. Just in case you’re not happy with it for whatever reason, let us know and we’ll sort it out!
